How to Book
To make a booking please call us on 01903 745451.  We will be pleased to check availability and give you any further information you require.  We are happy to take a provisional booking over the telephone and to hold seats for a few days to give time for you to complete, sign and return our Booking Form.  All bookings are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, a copy of which you will receive with your Booking Form. Please make sure you let us know on your Booking Form if you have any special dietary requirements and/or mobility difficulties, as some character hotels do not have lifts but may have ground floor rooms.

Coach Seats Most of the passengers travelling on our coach sit at a table which means that some of our seats are rear-facing.  Seats will be allocated once your Booking Form and deposit have been received.  If you would like a specific seat or front facing seat please request this in the space provided on your Booking Form.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking with European Travelplan Ltd that passengers travelling on European day trips, short breaks and tours must have comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation and other emergencies. For travel in the UK we would still recommend that all our passengers have appropriate travel insurance.  Please call us if you would like further information on travel insurance.
