European Travelplan is delighted to offer this

exceptional corporate golf event.  Combining,

as it does, excellent golf and the special atmosphere

of Hever Castle this event will appeal to both golfers

and non-golfers alike – offering a real house party

treat for all !

We suggest that you and your guests arrive at

The Astor Wing at Hever Castle in time to

check-in and enjoy breakfast before going to the

Golf Club for the morning golf activities.

Any non-golfers can spend the morning relaxing

at Hever or taking part in one of the special

programmes that Travelplan can create at Hever,

tailored to suit the interests of non-golfing guests.

For the golfers there are 9 holes of golf to be played

before lunch, or a morning of different golfing

events can be arranged – driving competition,

putting competition, golf workshop etc. Lunch is

in the Clubhouse and the afternoon is spent playing

the main 18 hole course.

Lunch for the non-golfers will be served in the

Astor Wing and the afternoon will be spent

enjoying the gardens and grounds at Hever, or

completing the morning activities.

The golfers return to The Astor Wing late afternoon

with time to relax and change before the gala

evening in the Castle Dining Room or Tudor Suite.

All guests meet in the Music Room and are then

taken for a private guided tour of the Castle before

a champagne reception in the Inner Hall. Dinner is

served in the Castle Dining Room or Tudor Suite

with after-dinner speaker or musical entertainment

and presentation of prizes. Coffee and liqueurs are

served in the Music Room after dinner and

throughout the evening. A late night game of

snooker has been known to keep some guests

from their beds until the early hours !

After a traditional English breakfast guests are

welcome to enjoy the gardens and grounds of Hever

Castle during the morning and can either return to

the Tudor Suite for lunch or depart when they wish.
