Having travelled through the Channel Tunnel to Bruges, we should arrive with time to do some afternoon shopping in the Christmas Market. Later we enjoy an evening at Restaurant ‘tVoermanshuys with pre-dinner drink, festive menu and wine. Johan Nelissen, chef/proprietor of the restaurant, is highly regarded as one of Belgium’s best young chefs. The next day is free for your own personal shopping and sightseeing.
